Requirements...

BRI$K Xchange requires that all Partners have an active LLC and EIN. If you are not at that stage of your profession as of yet, we can assist in helping you get started:

The links attached are for LLC and ECORP for the state of Georgia. Look for the specific details for your state and apply for your LLC, then grab your EIN. ECORP is for the annual registration of your business, and you will also be able to view and change your company's information.

 

​Partnership Contracts will be Signed and Notarized. Fees will apply. E&O Insurance is Mandatory.
